About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain our resort, Ville, shareholding , investment , hospitality offerings clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily follow-up and sales activity records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.
- Attend customer meetings, presentations and promotional events when required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
