Qualification- Bachelors degree and above Prefer Non Engineering domain

Work arrangement International customer service process in a 24x7 environment 5 days working

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1-Excellent command in English active listener with clear articulation skills

2-Build expert knowledge of companys products services Sales

3-Resolve customer issues by following SOPs providing best solutions

4-Demonstrate high degree of ownership ensure customer satisfaction

5- 1 to 3 Years Experience as Customer Support Specialist preferred

6 Problem solving mindset work under minimal supervision

7 Engage customers via Chat Phone Email
