The ideal candidate will have robust administrative, communication, and guest relations skills to ensure a seamless experience for all guests and patrons.

Key Responsibilities & Job Roles

- Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily front office management, guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations with efficiency and hospitality.
- Guest Relations & Inquiry Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest queries, feedback, special requests, and conflict resolution.
- Reservation & Billing Management: Manage incoming bookings, process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate ledger entries.




- Team Supervision: Guide, schedule, and evaluate front desk staff and support personnel to maintain high service standards.
- Coordination & Facility Operations: Coordinate closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness and prompt service.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain guest logs, generate daily sales/occupancy reports, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven work experience (minimum 5 years) as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality/wellness centers.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in front-office management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, manage high-stress situations, and deliver excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
