Las Hermanas, a premium Goan Mexican restaurant on wheels concept (Food Truck) looking for Commi II who will be responsible for preparing and cooking while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency in a rapid-paced food truck environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning).
- Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in food assembly and order execution during service.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and prep kitchen.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Receive, store, label, and rotate stock.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and induction units.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment checks.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
- Assist during catering events, festivals, and outdoor service operations.
- Work effectively under pressure during peak service hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
