Job Summary: Elite Fuels (a BPCL authorized retail outlet) is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and organized Fuel Station Manager / Site In-Charge to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service at our fuel station on NH 707 in Kamrau, Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Operations Management: Oversee shift handover, fuel dispensing, stock management, and forecourt cleanliness.
- Cash & Sales Reconciliation: Manage daily cash collection, POS card payments, digital UPI transactions, and maintain accurate daily sales ledgers.
- Inventory & Tank Monitoring: Track daily dip readings, monitor stock levels for petrol, diesel, and lubricants, and coordinate timely tanker deliveries.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train fuel attendant staff to ensure excellent customer service, punctuality, and compliance with safety rules.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict petroleum safety norms (fire safety, proper handling, static grounding, no-smoking compliance) and maintain site equipment.




- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, manage complaints professionally, and ensure fast, courteous service on the forecourt.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience as a fuel station manager, shift supervisor, or retail store manager preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with operating digital payment devices/billing software.
- Strong numerical, inventory tracking, and cash handling skills.
- Honesty, reliability, and robust leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site at Kamrau (Sirmaur, H.P.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sirmaur District, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- petrol pump: 2 years (Preferred)
