Drafting & Detailing: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, working drawings (WDs), and joinery details using AutoCAD.

Sanction Sets: Assist senior architects in preparing municipal submission drawings in compliance with Delhi/NCR local bye-laws.

- Education: B.Arch degree (registered/eligible for COA registration) or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship / Civil Draughtsmanship.
- Software Proficiency:
- Mandatory: AutoCAD (Advanced layer management & drafting speed), SketchUp
- Preferred: Revit / BIM, Photoshop, Lumion, or V-Ray
- Strong understanding of architectural scales, line weights, dimensioning, and structural details.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Site Experience: Coordination of structure, MEP,



architectural drawings on site. Drive site meetings and resolve client and site issues. Create Minutes of Meeting and agendas.

Opportunity to work on a large scale project with a 35+years experienced architect who has worked on large scale retail and commercial projects with clients like DLF, VATIKA, PARAS, M3M etc.
