Job Responsibilities

- Create and process Sales Orders (SO) in the system accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for MRP checking and verification.
- Coordinate and follow up for RTV (Return to Vendor) related activities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for order processing and deliveries.
- Follow up on the status of pending and dispatched orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain proper records of Sales Orders, dispatches, deliveries, RTVs and related transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with the concerned teams for smooth retail operations.
- Prepare basic reports and MIS related to orders, dispatches and deliveries.
- Perform other operational and coordination activities as assigned by the reporting manager.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Coordination, Order Processing, Warehouse Coordination or similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience in creating Sales Orders in ERP/SAP or similar systems will be preferred.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a warehouse/operations environment.
