We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. In this role, you will handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, ledger reconciliations, and routine financial reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work efficiently with financial software.

Key Responsibilities

- Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions including cash, bank, journal, purchase, and sales entries.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming vendor invoices, verify approvals, schedule payments, and track client outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and inter-company accounts balancing.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

Support the preparation and filing of statutory tax returns, including GST, TDS, or local payroll taxes as applicable.
- Documentation & Audit: Maintain an organized, secure filing system for financial records and assist internal or external auditors during annual reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a corporate accounting or finance role.
- Software: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, solid numerical skills, sound knowledge of standard accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS), and the ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
