Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager – MEP to manage and supervise the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, installation, quality control, safety, and timely completion of MEP works as per project specifications and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all MEP construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical documents.
- Ensure MEP installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site execution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper work execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.




- Coordinate with the civil and architectural teams to avoid clashes and rework.
- Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability.
- Identify delays, risks, and technical problems and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Participate in client/consultant meetings and provide technical updates.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Positive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building services.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong project planning and site management skills.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, residential projects, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong experience in handling multiple MEP services and site teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
