Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the role:
You'll sit inside our world (LUNA) and own real pieces of the hiring funnel, from the first search string to the day someone joins. LUNA builds health-tech wearables, so you'll be hiring for engineering, design, product and brand roles that ship things people wear every day.

What you'll do
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and communities, and build talent pools for open roles
- Screen profiles, run first-round calls, and shortlist for hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and candidate communication end to end
- Draft JDs, InMails and LinkedIn hiring posts with the team
- Keep our ATS and trackers clean, and report weekly on funnel health
- Support college outreach and intern hiring drives
- Help improve our hiring process, including small automations and dashboards

What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled/fresh grads from at a Tier 1 college (MBA/PGDM,



HR specialization preferred, or a strong UG with an interest in people and hiring)
- Sharp written and spoken communication
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and quick to pick up new tools
- Curious about tech and product roles, and willing to learn what makes a strong hire
- High ownership: you follow up without being chased

Good to have:
- Prior internship or project exposure in recruiting, HR or sourcing
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search or any ATS Interest in employer branding and content

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
