Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager with mandatory experience in hair oil plant (Ayurvedam) and strong expertise in sales and marketing related to hair plantation products. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall operations, developing marketing strategies, statutory,expanding market reach, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall business operations and plantation-related activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Develop promotional strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
- Prepare sales reports, business plans, and performance updates for management.
- Travel as required for business development, marketing, and client meetings.

Requirements

- Mandatory experience in Ayurvda Oil Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing related to Ayurveda products Manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
- Must be willing to travel as required for business purposes.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and a strong business network will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
