We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive – SIM Management to manage and maintain SIM-related data, reports, activations, deactivations, and reconciliation for our IoT/telematics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain SIM inventory and SIM lifecycle data.
- Handle SIM activation, deactivation, replacement, suspension and reactivation.
- Maintain accurate records of SIMs, devices, customers and usage.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor SIM usage, data consumption, status and inactive/unused SIMs.
- Coordinate with telecom operators and internal teams for SIM-related issues and escalations.
- Reconcile SIM records with device/customer data and identify discrepancies.
- Track SIM allocation, billing and outstanding issues.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Support management with operational reports and analysis.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, SIM Management, Telecom Operations or IoT/Telematics Operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formulas, etc.
- Good analytical and data-management skills.
- Experience handling large volumes of data.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
