About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support lead generation and business growth initiatives in the Pharma, Nutraceutical, Supplement, Skincare, and HPC industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns, B2B lead generation, and digital outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing channels.
- Conduct WhatsApp outreach campaigns and manage prospect follow-ups.
- Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
- Maintain lead databases and ensure accurate tracking of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to achieve growth targets.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.




- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and customer acquisition.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing, prospecting, and outreach campaigns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketing reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Supplement, Skincare, or HPC industry will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with international lead generation and export-oriented marketing campaigns is preferred.
