Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman with strong technical drafting skills and hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural and working drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural working and construction drawings.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and architectural details.
- Convert design concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Prepare drawings as per site requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and site teams.
- Make revisions and updates based on design changes and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed,
and issued within project timelines.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and execution requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and working drawings.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction.
- Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
