- Connect with students and parents to understand their requirements.
- Explain our courses, programs, and services effectively.
- Handle enquiries and convert potential leads into admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve individual and team business targets.
- Work closely with the team to improve student engagement and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
