Revenue & OTA Executive - Vacation Rentals

About us:

We manage vacation homes across India and are growing. We are looking for someone to own pricing and online listings for our properties.

What you will do:

- Update daily prices on Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and Goibibo for our properties

- Track competitor prices and local demand, suggest rate changes

- Watch occupancy and booking pace for each property, flag slow listings early

- Prepare a short weekly revenue report per property

- Coordinate with the sales team on quotes for large groups and long stays





- Keep listing calendars open and accurate across all channels

What we need:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in hotel revenue, OTA management, channel management or pricing work

- Has personally owned rates for multiple properties or a portfolio

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets

- Good written English

- Detail-oriented - a wrong rate costs real money

Positive to have: experience with Airbnb hosting tools or channel managers.
