Job Title: Communication Trainer

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct communication and soft-skill training sessions for employees/students.
- Train candidates in spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and presentation skills.
- Develop interactive training activities, exercises, and learning materials.
- Assess participants’ communication skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, and public-speaking activities.
- Track learners’ progress and prepare training reports.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar and spoken English.
- Valuable presentation and classroom management skills.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
- Previous experience as a Communication/Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
