Job Summary

The role ensures operational excellence, adherence to SLAs, compliance with banking regulations, team productivity, and continuous process improvement while acting as a key liaison between management, clients, and the team

Key Responsibilities

Team & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates handling banking processes.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor workload to ensure optimal productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.
- Handle escalations, grievances, and team engagement activities.

Operations & Service Delivery

- Monitor daily deliveries to meet SLA, TAT, quality, and annual targets.
- Review process metrics and dashboards; take corrective actions where required.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and stakeholders.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and client guidelines.
- Drive quality initiatives.

Skill Requirements

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for process-related client communications and requirements.




- Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and improvement plans.
- Support transition, migration, or process changes as required.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and efficiency gains.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document SOPs, process changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

- Solid understanding of banking operations and BFSI processes
- Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, quality frameworks, and compliance standards
- Experience with process documentation and reporting

Leadership & Behavioral Skills

- Proven people management and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Technical Skills (Preferred)

- MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Exposure to workflow tools, dashboards, or automation platforms
- Power Apps and Copilot Studio

Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate

Other Requirements

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Banking / BFSI operations
