Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Indoor Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers and inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate will assist customers in understanding our product offerings, answer queries, and complete sales transactions on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers/clients, offering detailed product information and demos.

Handle inbound phone and email inquiries regarding pricing, product features, and stock availability.

Process sales orders, billings, and coordinate with inventory teams for stock movement.

Maintain clean, presentable product displays and updated marketing collaterals in the indoor space.





Follow up with potential leads to ensure order closures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate degree in any discipline.

0.6–2 years of experience in retail sales, indoor sales, or customer service.

Friendly demeanor with robust verbal communication skills in local/regional languages and basic English.

Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS or sales tracking systems.
