- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement.
- Define product roadmap and priorities for Life Insurance products.
- Work with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Sales, Operations and IT teams.
- Prepare and manage BRDs/FRDs.
- Drive digital transformation, policy administration and customer journey improvements.
- Work on Life Asia/core insurance platform integrations.
- Manage product backlog and coordinate with Agile/technology teams.
- Track product performance, KPIs and business outcomes.
Must-Have
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 6+ years of Life Insurance experience
- Current/recent Life Insurance experience
- Product-based/ICT company experience
- Experience with Life Asia or core insurance/policy administration platforms
- Strong BRD/FRD experience
- Knowledge of Agile, Jira/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
