About Pixel Street

Pixel Street is an AI-native creative design and development studio in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. We work with Coca-Cola India, ITC, Marico, Aditya Birla Group, The Hindu Group and UPL, plus D2C brands, manufacturers and tech companies across India, the UK, the US, Canada and the UAE.

About the role

Our biggest accounts need one person on our side who owns them. You'll take the brief, get it right inside the studio, deliver on time and make sure the next brief comes to us too. Business development wins the client. You keep them.

What you'll do

- Handle day-to-day servicing of brand accounts
- Take client briefs and turn them into clear internal creative briefs
- Manage timelines, trackers and delivery schedules
- Run feedback rounds and approvals, and keep revisions within scope
- Prepare estimates and handle change requests
- Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoices and payment follow-ups
- Prepare monthly account reviews and reports
- Spot upsell opportunities and pass them to business development

What we're looking for

- Ownership: if something is going to slip, you know before the client does




- Clarity: you can turn a vague brief into something an art director can start on today
- Composure: you stay polite and keep things moving when revisions, deadlines and procurement queries pile up
- Clear, polished emails and calls with brand managers
- Robust project management: many deliverables and timelines moving at once
- Good creative judgement and the ability to give feedback designers can use
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack and Trello, and daily use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
- Basic understanding of packaging, POSM, quick commerce, websites, social and video
- Fluent English; Hindi and Bengali are a plus
- Bachelor's degree; agency client servicing internships are a plus
