- Operate Solanki CNC machines for jewelry component manufacturing.
- Set up machines according to production requirements and job specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials such as gold, silver, and other jewelry metals.
- Read and understand technical drawings, designs, measurements, and production sheets.
- Select and set appropriate tools, cutters, fixtures, and machine parameters.
- Run CNC programs and make necessary adjustments for accurate production.
- Monitor machine performance and production output during operations.
- Check dimensions, finishing, and quality of components using measuring instruments.
- Identify and rectify basic machine, tooling, and production issues.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality targets.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of precious metals.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the CNC machine and work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
- Coordinate with CAD designers, supervisors, production staff, and quality teams when required.
