We are looking for a highly driven and financially astute Investor Relations Officer to support KAEM Technologies in building relationships with institutional investors and financial institutions and in raising strategic capital for the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, fundraising, investment banking concepts, valuation, investor communication, and presentation development, along with the ability to confidently communicate with senior professionals at VC funds, PE firms, banks, NBFCs, and private investment funds.
Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor & Fundraising Relations
- Identify, research, and build relationships with:
- Venture Capital (VC) funds
- Private Equity (PE) funds
- Family offices
- Private investment funds
- Banks
- NBFCs
- Strategic investors
- Institutional investors
- Other relevant financial institutions
- Develop and maintain a structured database of prospective investors and funding partners.
- Initiate communication with potential investors and financial institutions.
- Pitch KAEM Technologies' business, products, financial performance, growth strategy, and investment opportunity.
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, presentations, due diligence discussions, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with investors and financing institutions.
- Track investor interactions, discussions, requirements, and follow-up actions.
Fundraising & Capital Raising
- Support the company's equity and debt fundraising initiatives.
- Research suitable funding opportunities and identify potential sources of capital.
- Prepare investor outreach strategies and fundraising pipelines.
- Assist management in evaluating different financing structures, including equity, debt, structured financing, and strategic investment.
- Coordinate with investors, banks, NBFCs, financial advisors, and other stakeholders during fundraising processes.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of investor due-diligence requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, commercial, and corporate information.
Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Analyze the company's financial statements, business performance, revenue, expenses, cash flows, and key financial metrics.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, projections, and scenario analyses.
- Assist in company valuation and preparation of valuation-related materials.
- Analyze industry trends, comparable companies, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare financial information and investment-related analysis for management and investors.
- Support management in assessing investment proposals, financing options, and strategic opportunities.
Investor Presentation & Pitch Deck Preparation
- Prepare and regularly update Investor Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Corporate Presentations, Financial Presentations, and Fundraising Documents.

- Coordinate with management and internal teams to obtain accurate information for presentations and investor communications.
Investor Communication
- Prepare professional investor emails, investment proposals, financial summaries, briefing notes, and meeting documents.
- Respond to investor queries and coordinate internally to provide accurate information.
- Prepare management briefing documents before investor meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up communications after investor discussions.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all investor-facing communication.
Market & Investor Research
- Conduct research on VC, PE, family offices, private funds, banks, NBFCs, and strategic investors.
- Identify investors whose investment thesis and portfolio are relevant to KAEM Technologies.
- Track investment trends in software, SaaS, IT services, AI, fintech, enterprise technology, and related sectors.
- Monitor competitor fundraising, valuations, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Prepare periodic reports on the fundraising and investment landscape.
Management Reporting
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding:
- Investor pipeline
- Investor meetings
- Fundraising progress
- Funding opportunities
- Investor feedback
- Valuation discussions
- Financing proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM/database records of investors and fundraising activities.
- Prepare periodic Investor Relations and Fundraising MIS.
Required Qualifications
- CFA qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fundraising, Equity Research,
or Financial Advisory.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and corporate finance.
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements and financial performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and business communication skills.

Significant
This is a high-responsibility, investor-facing position and will involve direct interaction with senior representatives of VC funds, PE funds, family offices, private funds, banks, NBFCs, and other institutional investors.
The selected candidate will work closely with the senior management of KAEM Technologies and will play an important role in the company's capital-raising, investor relations, corporate finance, and growth strategy.
CFA qualification is mandatory for this position.
