About the Role
Scalemate Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential leads through calls and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company services to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Targets
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Meet individual business-generation goals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Work towards improving sales performance and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
