We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a warm and pleasant dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain an updated waiting list during busy periods.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries and requests courteously.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate table turnover.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant entrance and reception area.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and escalate issues to the concerned supervisor when required.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.




- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy hours.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and table management.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
