Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Skill & Training Coordinator / Cluster Coordinator 3 to oversee skill development, training activities, worksite learning initiatives, and employment linkages. The role will coordinate with training centers, skill and employment bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and coordinate worksite learning visits and ensure proper scheduling and implementation.

· Monitor in-center training modules, ensuring training activities are conducted as planned.

· Develop, coordinate, and monitor the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) camp calendar.

· Coordinate with skill development and employment bodies for program implementation and employment facilitation.

· Maintain training schedules, activity calendars, and coordination records.

· Liaise with relevant departments, training partners, institutions, and external stakeholders.

· Monitor the progress and effectiveness of skill and training activities across assigned centers/clusters.





· Support employment facilitation and linkage of trained candidates with relevant opportunities.

· Prepare regular updates, reports, and documentation on training and skill development activities.

· Ensure timely execution of planned training activities and address operational coordination requirements.

Candidate Profile / Experience

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:

o Skilling and skill development programs

o Employment facilitation

o Training coordination

o Workforce development or related programs

· Experience coordinating with training institutions, government/skill development bodies, employment agencies, or other stakeholders will be preferred.

· Robust coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple training activities, schedules, and field-level coordination.
