FINVISE is a financial advisory firm based in Trivandrum providing GST compliance, monthly financial reporting (MIS), bank loan documentation, and Virtual CFO services to MSMEs across Kerala. Our clients span retail, fashion, real estate, IT, and food processing industries.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base through direct outreach and brand-building activities. This is a front-line role — you will connect with business owners, promote FINVISE services, and generate qualified leads for our advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 25–30 outbound calls daily to business owners
- Conduct in-person visits to businesses in assigned areas
- Identify decision-makers (owners, partners, directors) and introduce FINVISE services
- Schedule and confirm meetings between prospects and our advisory team
- Support marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to increase brand visibility
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Update CRM/call logs daily with call outcomes, follow-ups, and meeting status
- Follow up with prospects who requested callbacks

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, insurance agency, bank DSA, loan sourcing, or B2B outreach
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Resilient attitude — comfortable with daily rejection and target-driven work
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
- Based in Trivandrum city





Preferred (not mandatory):

- Familiarity with GST, income tax returns, or bank loans
- Existing network of small business contacts in Trivandrum
- Prior experience in CA firm or financial services marketing

Compensation Structure

- Fixed base: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
- Fuel Assistance: ₹1,500 per month
- Telephone Reimbursement: ₹299 per month
- ₹200 per qualified meeting booked and attended
- ₹2,000 signing bonus per current client onboarded
- 15% of first month’s client fee upon payment receipt
- 10% retention bonus on Month 3 client fee
- No cap on incentives
