Shift: Permanent Night Shift (US Timings)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced AR Calling Professionals with strong knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 billing processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in handling Accounts Receivable follow-up, denial management, and insurance claim resolution for US Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve unpaid, denied, underpaid, and rejected claims.
- Work on claims billed through CMS1500 and UB04 forms.
- Investigate claim status and take appropriate action for timely reimbursement.
- Handle denial management and identify root causes for claim delays.
- Ensure compliance with client processes and quality standards.
- Maintain productivity and achieve collection targets.
- Document call outcomes and account updates accurately in the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 5 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.




- Hands-on experience in CMS1500, UB04, Physician Billing, Hospital Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong understanding of claim lifecycle, denials, appeals, and insurance follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
