Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SMT Operator with hands-on experience in AOI or Mounter Machine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Operate and set up SMT Mounter Machines (Samsung / Yamaha / Juki / Panasonic / Fuji)

- Operate AOI Machine, create programs, identify defects and generate reports

- Handle SMT line setup, feeder loading, stencil printing, and reflow oven profiling

- Ensure daily production targets and maintain quality standards

- Perform PCB loading/unloading and first article inspection (FAI)

- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

- Handle solder paste,



components properly and follow ESD precautions

- Maintain production and defect reports

Skills Required:

- Must have 2+ year of experience in either AOI or Mounter Machine

- Strong knowledge of complete SMT process

- Knowledge of AOI false call handling

- Knowledge of Pick and Place machines

- Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards will be an added advantage

- Willing to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
