About the Position
Kiran Vellore Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible MBBS Medical Officer / RMO to manage General OPD along with Obstetrics & Gynaecology-related clinical responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in ANC, OBG OPD, Labour Room, Normal Delivery, pre-operative and post-operative care of LSCS patients, and coordination with senior surgeons/consultants.
Key Responsibilities
1. General OPD
2. OBG / Gynaecology OPD
- Routine OBG OPD independently handle करना.
- Pregnancy-related complaints की assessment.
- ANC registration, routine check-up, investigation review एवं follow-up.
- High-risk pregnancy को identify करके timely consultant referral/escalation.
3. Labour Room & Normal Delivery
- Labouring patients की monitoring..
- PPH तथा अन्य obstetric emergencies को promptly identify करके senior consultant को inform करना एवं initial management/protocol follow करना.
- Indicated cases की assessment एवं pre-procedure preparation.
- Required investigations और counselling coordinate करना.
5. LSCS Patient Management
- LSCS patients की initial clinical assessment.
- Patient/attendant को procedure, expected course, risks और requirements के बारे में appropriate counselling.
- Required investigations एवं pre-operative preparation coordinate करना
- Pre-OT checklist एवं documentation complete करवाना.
6. Pre-OT & Post-OT Care
- Pre-operative patient preparation एवं coordination.
- Post-operative patients की regular monitoring.
- Consultant के instructions/orders को implement एवं document करना.
- Post-operative complications को promptly identify करके senior doctor को escalate करना.
- Discharge planning एवं patient/attendant counselling में coordination.
Coordination Responsibilities
Doctor को निम्न teams के साथ effective coordination करना होगा:
- Consultant / Surgeon / Obstetrician
- Nursing Staff
- OT Team
- Laboratory
- Radiology / Ultrasound
- Pharmacy
- Emergency Department
Candidate Eligibility
Essential:
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid Medical Registration.
- Hospital/Clinical experience preferred.
- Positive communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work in OPD + Labour Room + IPD environment.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-7 years clinical experience.
- Previous experience as OBG RMO / Junior Resident / Medical Officer preferred.
- Practical experience in ANC, Labour Room and Normal Delivery preferred.
- Experience in pre-op/post-op management
Pay: ₹91,666.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
