We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook with 1–2 years of experience, specializing mainly in Chinese snacks, starters, and popular Indo-Chinese dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli items, sandwiches, and other Chinese/Indo-Chinese dishes.
- Prepare authentic and innovative Chinese recipes while maintaining consistent taste.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and portion consistency.
- Manage ingredients, stock, and day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team and respond to customer preferences.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience as a Chinese Cook/Chef, preferably in a snacks or fast-food setup.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience in preparing noodles,



fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, and other Chinese snacks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Passion for preparing high-quality and tasty food.

Job Details:

Designation: Chinese Cook
Salary: Industry standard.
Timing: 12 hours, 6 days a week
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
