About the Role

Super Plastics is looking for a Junior Production / Floor Engineer to support day-to-day manufacturing activities and improve production control on the shop floor.

This is a hands-on factory-floor role, working directly with the Factory Manager, supervisors and experienced machine operators.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Maintain production and mixing records.
- Ensure proper batch identification and traceability.
- Monitor raw-material issue and ensure FIFO/FEFO is followed.
- Ensure mixed rubber, WIP and finished material are properly identified.
- Track daily production, rejection, rework and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Stores.
- Support implementation and maintenance of 5S.
- Check that operators follow defined production processes and instructions.
- Assist in solving day-to-day production issues.
- Maintain basic production data in Excel.




- Report abnormalities and pending issues to the Factory Manager.
- Learn and understand rubber mixing, extrusion, compression moulding and injection moulding processes.
- Help standardize existing shop-floor practices and improve documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Polymer, Plastics or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of manufacturing experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and production documentation.
- Willing to spend the majority of working hours on the factory floor.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Practical attitude and willingness to learn from experienced operators.
- Rubber/plastic/automotive-component manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.

Important: This is primarily a shop-floor position and not a desk job. Candidates should be comfortable working around manufacturing machines and coordinating directly with operators.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
