About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great start for someone who wants practical exposure to how HR works in a startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Source and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct telephonic screening rounds and share feedback with the team
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and HR records in our HRMS and Tele-CRM
- Support onboarding of new joiners and employee engagement activities
- Assist with HR documentation and other tasks assigned by the HR team
Who Can Apply
- Pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA (HR specialization preferred) or a related degree
- Robust communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
- Good with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus, but not required
