Earth Stone Global is looking for an accomplished Head – Export Sales & Marketing to lead our complete international sales and business development function.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing international markets, building distributor and importer networks, managing key global accounts, closing high-value export business, and leading sales teams.

This is a senior leadership position for someone who can take ownership of international revenue growth and strengthen Earth Stone Global presence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete Export Sales & Marketing function.
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, importers, dealers, project partners, and key accounts.
- Drive export revenue and achieve international sales targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and major deal closures.
- Strengthen existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and increased business.
- Develop and execute market-specific export sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the export sales team.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, client meetings, and business visits.
- Monitor international market trends, competition, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance,



and management for smooth order execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business.
- Proven record of developing and growing international markets.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Experience managing distributors, importers, and international key accounts.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong commercial and revenue-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and international markets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

Natural Stone, Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, Architectural Surfaces, Home Décor, Interior Products, or other export-oriented manufacturing industries.

Qualification -

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, International Business, a related discipline.

MBA preferred.

Market-competitive salary based on experience, industry exposure, leadership capabilities, and proven export sales performance.
