We are looking for a confident and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through course selection and the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up data.
- Meet admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.
- Participate in seminars, counseling sessions, and admission events.
- Prepare regular reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional approach.
- Strong counseling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in admission counseling, education sales, or student counseling is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
