- Convert Leads into gym memberships.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
- Explain membership plans, offers, and gym facilities to prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Build solid relationships with members and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales records.
- Support membership renewals and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or direct sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and energetic personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Location: Tathawade, Pune – PCMC
Pay: ₹10,059.82 - ₹24,558.63 per month
