URGENT HIRING – E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels (website and marketplaces), improve product visibility, and grow online revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Catalogue & Listing Management

- Upload, update, and optimize products on our website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)

- Keep product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing accurate and SEO-friendly

- Check stock availability and inventory sync

Order & Operations

- Process daily orders and coordinate with the dispatch team

- Handle returns, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints

- Coordinate with courier partners and track delivery delays

Sales & Marketing Support

- Run and monitor marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc.) and promotions

- Plan sales campaigns, deals, and festive offers

- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, conversion rate, returns, and ad performance

- Suggest improvements to listings and strategy based on data

Customer Experience

- Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings

- Answer product Q&A; and customer queries on time

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (freshers with strong interest can also apply)

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify

- Basic SEO and product listing optimization

- Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising

- Good communication skills (Hindi and English)

- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- Basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop

- Experience managing Shopify / WooCommerce stores

- Knowledge of inventory management software

SALARY & BENEFITS

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
