ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, conducting regular market visits and achieving assigned sales targets.

The candidate must be strong in field execution, customer handling, follow-ups and CRM discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop existing customers and drive repeat business.
- Maintain consistent field activity and sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct regular customer visits and build strong business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.

Field & Market Development

- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop new customers within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong market coverage and competitor awareness.

CRM Management & Adherence

- Update all leads,



customer visits, enquiries and follow-ups in CRM on time.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales pipeline.
- Follow company-defined CRM and sales processes without exception.

Data, Review & Reporting

- Maintain accurate daily sales and customer data.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports.
- Participate in regular performance reviews with the reporting manager.
- Keep management updated on market feedback, opportunities and challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
