We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Flutter Developer with 2 years of professional experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable cross-platform mobile and web applications.You will own the front-end user experience using Flutter & Dart (and occasionally React), while building robust, secure back-end architectures using Node.js, MySQL, and Firebase. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across the entire software development lifecycle, from database design to UI/UX implementation.Core Responsibilities

- Front-End Development: Design and build visually appealing, responsive, and cross-platform mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Back-End Engineering: Develop, test, and deploy scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage relational databases using MySQL, ensuring efficient data queries, structuring, and indexing.
- Cloud & Backend-as-a-Service: Implement real-time features, push notifications, user authentication, and cloud storage using Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Messaging).
- Web Integration: Assist in maintaining or building supporting web panels, internal tools, or client dashboards using React when required.
- State Management: Utilize advanced state management architectures in Flutter (such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod) to ensure clean, maintainable code.
- Collaboration & CI/CD: Work closely with UI/UX designers,



product managers, and QA engineers. Participate in code reviews and support CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Exactly or around 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development.
- Mobile Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart with a proven portfolio of apps published to the App Store or Google Play.
- Back-End Stack: Solid hands-on experience with Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) and web frameworks like Express.js.
- Databases: Proficient in SQL, database schema design, and writing optimized queries in MySQL.
- Firebase Integration: Practical experience with Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
- Web Frameworks: Working knowledge of React and modern frontend workflows (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6).
- Tools & Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub, RESTful API integrations, and third-party SDK implementations.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with cloud hosting services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or DigitalOcean.
- Understanding of standard architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM) and clean code principles.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for Flutter (unit, widget, and integration tests).
