We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support & Store Consultants Intern who can efficiently manage customer queries while also handling day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
* Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email, and other channels.
* Assist customers with product information, availability, orders, payments, exchanges, and returns.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Follow up on pending customer queries and orders.
* Coordinate with the internal team for order-related issues.
*Store Operations*
* Manage daily store opening and closing activities.
* Assist customers visiting the store and provide product recommendations.
* Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
* Manage stock checking, inventory updates, and product movement.
* Coordinate with the warehouse/team for stock requirements.
* Maintain daily sales, customer, and store-related reports.
* Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
* Handle billing/POS and basic cash-related activities when required.
Requirements
* 0–1years of experience in customer service, retail, or store operations.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable communicating with customers in English and Hindi.
* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
* Valuable understanding of Instagram and WhatsApp communication.
* Ability to multitask and handle customers calmly.
* Responsible, organised, and proactive.
* Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualities
* Retail/fashion/lifestyle brand experience will be an advantage.
* Good sense of presentation and visual merchandising.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to independently manage store and customer-support responsibilities.
