- Handle inbound calls, leads, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales or tele-sales preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
