About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-driven CRE / Telecaller to join our Nandanvan, Nagpur branch. You will be the first point of contact for patients and enquiries. Your job is to handle calls, book consultations, manage leads in the CRM, follow up consistently, and help convert enquiries into appointments and business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and enquiries, and answer inbound patient calls professionally.
- Explain the clinic's services and treatments clearly and convincingly.
- Book and confirm doctor consultations, and reduce no-shows through timely reminders.
- Follow up consistently with leads and patients to convert them into consultations and treatment plans.
- Use the CRM daily to log calls, update lead status, record patient details, and set follow-up reminders.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, and track the lead pipeline from enquiry to appointment to conversion.
- Achieve the assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling, appointment and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors and the front desk team for smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient queries and concerns politely, and escalate when needed.




- Submit daily call and performance reports on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Positive English communication (spoken and written): mandatory.
- Proven ability to achieve sales or conversion targets: mandatory.
- Working knowledge of CRM software or lead management tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, status updates, reports).
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred, as most patients are local.
- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Good listening, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, data entry).
- Polite, confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Freshers with strong communication, a sales mindset and a willingness to learn CRM tools are welcome. Prior experience in telecalling, CRE, healthcare, inside sales or customer support is an advantage.
