JOB OPENING – VMC PROGRAMMER
PIYUSH ENGINEERING WORKS is looking for skilled and motivated VMC Programmers to join our manufacturing team.
Position Details
Designation: VMC Programmer
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Location: Waluj MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Educational Qualification
- ITI (Turner / Machinist / Tool & Die Maker)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- CNC / VMC Programming Certification Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize VMC programs using CAM software.
- Develop 2D and 3D machining programs.
- Prepare machining strategies for moulds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and precision components.
- Perform prototype part programming and trial runs.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Prepare and maintain production drawings and process sheets.
- Set machine offsets, work coordinates, and tool data.
- Monitor cycle time and improve machining efficiency.
- Ensure component quality as per drawing specifications.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments for process improvements.
