We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to independently manage day-to-day execution of premium bungalow construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction from foundation to finishing and handover
- Execute RCC work including footing, columns, beams and slabs
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line and dimensions before casting
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, masons and labour
- Supervise brickwork, plaster, waterproofing, flooring and finishing
- Coordinate plumbing, electrical and other MEP works at site
- Check material quality, quantity and consumption
- Monitor construction quality and minimize material wastage
- Maintain daily progress and site reports
- Coordinate with architects and structural consultants
- Check measurements and contractor bills
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and schedule
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3–6 years of practical site experience
- Experience in bungalow/residential construction preferred
- Solid knowledge of RCC and finishing work
- Positive understanding of drawings and measurements
- Must be capable of independently handling a residential construction site
- Good communication and contractor-management skills
Important: Practical site experience and execution knowledge will be given more importance than qualification alone.
