OT Scrub Assistant – Job Description

Location: MicroCare ENT Super Speciality Hospital, KPHB, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Assist doctors and nurses during surgeries.

- Prepare and arrange OT instruments and surgical items.

- Maintain sterile and hygienic conditions in the OT.

- Assist with scrubbing, gowning, and gloving.

- Pass required surgical instruments during procedures.

- Check and count instruments before and after surgery.

- Clean and send instruments for sterilization after procedures.

- Follow OT safety and infection-control protocols.

- Coordinate with OT staff and other departments.

Qualification: OT Technician/BSC NURSING/GNM / OTT Diploma or relevant qualification.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. ENT/Surgical OT experience will be an advantage.

Skills: Basic knowledge of OT instruments, sterile techniques, teamwork, and positive communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
