Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Foundation Physics Faculty to teach Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 with a strong focus on developing students’ conceptual understanding and competitive-exam readiness.

The faculty member will be responsible for delivering Foundation-level and competitive-oriented Physics instruction, preparing students for future JEE/NEET-level academics, and supporting the academic team in maintaining high teaching standards.

Candidates with prior experience in integrated school programs, foundation coaching, competitive-level teaching, or coaching institutes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Teach Physics for Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 as per the academic plan and curriculum.

* Deliver Foundation-level Physics with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and competitive-exam orientation.

* Develop students’ problem-solving, analytical, numerical, and logical reasoning skills.

* Introduce competitive-level concepts progressively according to the students’ academic level.

* Ensure effective integration of school curriculum with competitive-exam preparation.

* Handle classes in an integrated/School Integrated Program (SIP) environment, wherever required.

* Prepare and deliver engaging classroom sessions using appropriate teaching methodologies and learning resources.

* Prepare students for Aakash tests, assessments, Olympiads, scholarship examinations, and other competitive-level examinations.

* Prepare, review, and discuss worksheets, assignments, study material, question papers, and test papers.

* Analyse student performance and identify learning gaps.





* Provide appropriate academic support and guidance to students who require additional assistance.

* Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions as required.

* Regularly assess students through classroom tests, assignments, and other academic evaluations.

* Maintain proper academic records and provide timely feedback on student performance.

* Coordinate with the Academic Director and other faculty members for effective academic planning and execution.

* Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, workshops, seminars, orientation programs, and other academic activities.

* Support the academic team in curriculum planning, lesson planning, question-paper preparation, and academic improvement initiatives.

* Follow the academic calendar, teaching schedules, assessment plans, and academic processes of the branch.

* Take responsibility for maintaining high academic standards and student outcomes.

Grade 11 Opportunity

The faculty member will primarily handle Foundation Physics for Grades 8–10 and should be willing and capable of handling Grade 11 Physics as well.

Taking Grade 11 classes will provide an opportunity to expand into higher-level Physics and competitive-exam preparation, including preparation aligned with JEE/NEET requirements, based on the faculty member’s capability and academic performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics / relevant discipline.

* Prior teaching experience in Foundation, JEE/NEET coaching, integrated programs, or competitive-exam-oriented education is preferred.





* Experience handling Grades 8–10 Physics is essential.

* Experience or willingness to teach Grade 11 Physics is preferred.

* Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics.

* Ability to teach both school-level and competitive-level concepts effectively.

* Experience in an integrated school/coaching environment will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a solid Physics teacher with a passion for Foundation-level education, capable of building a strong conceptual base in students from Grades 8–10 and progressively preparing them for higher-level competitive examinations.

Candidates who have prior experience in integrated programs and competitive coaching and are willing to take up Grade 11 Physics as an additional academic opportunity are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
