As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our retail team.Job RoleWe are looking for Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives who can deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining Bhima’s high standards of service.Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Recommend suitable jewellery based on customer preferences and budget.
- Explain product details including design, purity, weight, stones, and pricing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain product presentation,
skilled grooming, and store standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in jewellery, retail, luxury, or customer facing sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- For Senior Sales Executive, team handling and mentoring experience will be an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
