Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd. is an established residential construction company with 20+ years of experience and 4,000+ homes delivered across Delhi NCR and Goa.

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecalling Executive to join our sales team and handle property-related enquiries and leads.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective property buyers.
- Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location and property preferences.
- Explain relevant residential projects and property details to potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget and buying timeline.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and site visit updates.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Update call status, customer responses, next follow-up dates and remarks regularly.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant project information.
- Maintain a professional and polite communication style with customers.
- Work towards lead follow-up, site visit and sales-related targets.

Requirements

- 12th pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales,



customer service or real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi are essential.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Confident, polite and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.
- Candidates from real estate, property sales, BFSI, telecom or similar sales backgrounds will be preferred.
