Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for a Savings / Investment Plans Sales Process in Malad, Mumbai. Candidates should have good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and customer handling.

Eligibility

- Graduate Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- HSC candidates with minimum 1.5 years of BPO experience can apply
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales-oriented approach and willingness to work towards targets

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective customers regarding savings and investment plans
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Handle customer queries professionally




- Explain available plans and assist customers through the sales process
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records
