- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and follow creative, age-appropriate lesson plans incorporating phonics, letter/number recognition, science awareness, art, music, and storytelling.
- Play-Based Learning: Use interactive games, hands-on activities, and group projects to teach basic concepts.
- Social & Emotional Growth: Monitor student interactions, encourage sharing, cooperation, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, stimulating, and safe physical setting adhering to health and safety standards.
- Student Assessment: Track academic and behavioral progress, maintain records, and conduct formative or summative evaluations.
- Parent Communication: Meet regularly with parents or guardians to discuss child progress, habits, and any early developmental concerns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
